You will be responsible for co-ordinating, implementing and supporting successful implementation of the National Centre for Mental Health (NCMH) communication and engagement strategies and activities.
Applicants should have previous experience of working in an externally facing communications role, including work with the media and a range of stakeholder organisations, and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
This post is full time, available immediately and is fixed term until 30 September 2014.
Salary: £24,766 – £28,685 per annum (Grade 5)

Cardiff University -School of Biosciences
A position is available for a Research Associate who will work on a Parkinson’s UK funded project to examine the effect of astrocytes on ES cell-derived dopaminergic neurones for functional cell replacement therapy for Parkinson’s disease.
The successful candidate will have a PhD (or submitted) in Neuroscience or relevant area, expertise in cell culture and a demonstrable history of contributing to excellent publications in the area commensurate with stage of career.
This is a full time position and is fixed term until 31 July 2014.
Salary: £30,122 – £35,938 per annum (Grade 6)
