HYPERMARKET MANAGER/ DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
You will be accountable for the management of the hypermarket’s operations to optimize operation costs and maximize profitability. As a leader, you will be expected to uphold the excellent team spirit that has cultivated over the years and motivate your personnel greater levels of individual and corporate achievement.

At least 7 years’ retail experience in a similar capacity.
Proven track record in managing a Hypermarket / Supermarket / Departmental
Store.
Experience in Fresh, Grocery, Electronics Household Garments and General Merchandise as well as Profit and Loss Control is preferred.

Excellent leadership skills and strong command of English.
Result-oriented, dynamic and a goal-setter with the desire and drive to achieve outstanding results.
