CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle taxi Dockings, enquiries, complaints / feedback and offer service recovery

Requirements:

  • Diploma. GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ .level. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to work shift hours / weekends / public holidays
  • Possess a service excellence mindset and good typing speed
