Responsibilities:
Manage the development team in building cutting-edge global investment research platform
Work closely with the Asia business users to gather/define business requirements
Demonstrate leadership in team management and provide creative technology solutions to large-scale business problems
Be responsible for project delivery and Level 3 support management in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of relevant industry experience
Proven experience in managing multiple projects while providing business analysis and implementation of financial systems
Deep understanding of the entire SDLC; Must have experience in development (java/c++/.net), scripting languages, database, unix/windows
Proven team management experience
Excellent communication skills in English; Ability to communicate with senior business users
Ability to multi-task and prioritize; Self-motivation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or other related science/engineering discipline
