MARINE EXECUTIVE (crewing)

Experience in marine crew recruitment and management preferably with at least 2-3 years leadership experience in similar role.
Knowledge of Maritime regulatory environment or Industrial relations framework in Maritime Industry.
To provide leadership, planning and overall management the vessel’s manpower and crew change requirements for the chartered vessels
To ensure chartered vessels are in compliance with client’s safety training requirements and medical.
To liaise closely with chartered vessels representative on crew and timely change out crew in accordance to contractual requirements.
To liaise with operations staff on movement of vessel so that crew change is conducted efficiently
To monitor and liaise with contractor and chartered vessel closely on validity of competency and safety training requirement, medical check-up.
To maintain data bank for all marine crew approved by client-on safety training, qualification, medical check-up. age experiences etc
To maintain records on the number of days marine crew stay on board chartered vessels.
