Receptionist cum General Clerk Sarawak–Kuching

Responsibilities:

• Manning the reception desk, answering phone calls and taking messages
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail including keeping track of postage and courier usage
• Filing and clearing of incoming and outgoing facsimiles
• Performing general office clerical duties and etc

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Professional Certificate.
• Candidate with relevant working experience is preferred.
• Good in interpersonal, communication, and typing skills
• Required skills: MS Office: MS Word & MS EXCEL,
• Candidate must be a well-organized person.
