REVENUE MANAGER / EXECUTIVE

• Degree holder in any field or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an international hotel chain or in similar capacity.
• Ability to perform multifunctional roles that extend far beyond optimizing room rates and forecast group profitability.
• To develop most effective rates and strategies to increase revenue.
• Ability to implement an effective rate structure and maintain a consistently high standard in customer service.
• Intellectually astute with strong analytical, communication and organization skills.
• Good knowledge of Web booking engines.

F&B SUPERVISOR

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Restaurant service.
• Good command of English and communication skill.
• Good communication skill.
• Good disciplined personnel.
• Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling and resolution of guest experience.
• Matured person with pleasant personality.
• Able to work shift.

F & B WAITER / WAITRESS

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Restaurant service.
• Good command of English and communication skill.
• Good disciplined personnel.
• Able to work shift.
• Male or Female.
• Fresh school leavers are encouraged applying.

GUEST SERVICE AGENT

• Minimum Qualification SPM or related field
• Experience in Front Office and/or Guest Services, and understanding of the Front Office /Guest Reception Process.
• Good communication skill (written/verbal) both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good guest relations and pleasant personality
• Able to work on shifts.
• Male or Female
