The Maintenance group in DUBAL is responsible for servicing, repairing and maintaining all the machinery and equipment’ associated with Power Stations and Desalination Plants. We are looking to fill the following open positions. All positions are for the planning, coordination and management of maintenance activities to ensure production of 940 MT/year of Aluminium, and require a minimum of 10 years experience in MAINTENANCE of Power and Desalination plants.
■ Manager P&D Electrical
B.E. in Electrical Engineering with min 10 yrs experience in middle management would be required. Responsibility Is to plan and execute major maintenance projects on power generation and distribution systems to ensure minimum equipment and systems downtime thus maximizing GT and ST availability.
■ Manager P&D Mechanical
B.E. in an Engineering or Energy based topic plus 10 years experience in-middle management on a heavy industrial site would be the minimum level required. Responsibility is to plan, develop and direct the P&D maintenance initiatives to achieve the target machines availability and reliability.
■ Manager P&D Instrument
B.E. In an Electronics or Control systems / Instrumentation plus 10 years experience in middle management on a heavy industrial 24/7 site would be the minimum level required. Responsibility would be to define & direct the P&D budget & budget for entire Instrumentation and Control needs of the power station.
■ Manager P&D Planning
B.E. with min 10 yrs of experience in middle management on a heavy industrial site. Responsibility is to ensure that all planning activities in Power and Desalination area are properly coordinated, controlled and standardized through efficient management of established key performance indicators and planning processes in order to optimize plant availability, reliability and asset efficiency.
