The Role
Assistant Director of Business Improvement
Salary: Salary package of £90k (inc. pension contribution)

This is a high profile, highly rewarding role that will see you influencing at all levels. As well as leading a central team of change managers and business improvement experts, you will also work closely with the Directors of each business unit. As a member of the Senior Management Leadership Team you will also be expected to work corporately in achieving goals and changing culture where necessary.

You’ll act as a champion for innovation and continuous improvement – both in day-to-day operations and in devising strategies for future business development. The projects and initiatives you steer will have a direct impact on tenants, as you work with all stakeholders to help determine how services can be improved and delivered.

The successful candidate will play a key role in meeting the challenges of the future, through leading the transformation of our services and systems. Working closely with both external stakeholders and staff across the organisation, you will develop and embed effective and innovative business management and service delivery systems, whilst harnessing the benefits of new business processes.

Educated to degree level, with strong project management skills, you will also have experience of working strategically and have an excellent knowledge of policy development and delivery across a customer focussed service. Equally important however is an understanding and appreciation of the values of tenants and residents – and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude!
