Position available at The ESAB Group, Inc. in Hanover, PA, to focus on R&D of welding consumable production technology & filler metal dev’t & processes to update plant’s product line in meeting new market demands & to update/improve production operations. Reqs.: Bachelors in Eng’g., Metallurgy Eng’g., Welding Eng’g., Material Science, Chemical Eng’g., Chemistry or related field or foreign degree equiv.; 5 yrs. progressive work exp. in welding industry; 5 yrs. R&D exp. of arc welding products (stick electrodes, submerged arc welding flux, flux cored arc welding wire, solid wire) & welding consumables production processes; exp. w/production processes in Steel Wire Plant operations, exp. in field trials &
