Aircraft Management & Planning – Executive (Miri)

A subsidiary of THE WORLD’S LARGEST HELICOPTER MANUFACTURER requires dynamic, motivated and qualified individuals to fill up the following vacancies in Malaysia:-

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain and compile operational history of the aircrafts, engine, propeller, components and appliances.
Keep records of aircraft maintenance, alterations, inspections, time in service, life limited parts, AD and revision date
Maintain and update Airframe, Engine and Propeller Log Books of each aircraft
Check and ensure Log Books and related documents are in proper order for the issue of CMR and for C of A renewal. 4.8 Attend to all queries on Technical Records matters by ECM staff/customer.
Develop Aircraft Maintenance Schedule.
Plan, organize, compile and control the aircraft maintenance Work Pack and monitor the progress of the check in accordance with company, customer and airworthiness requirements.
Call-out and compile the Work Pack based on the Aircraft Status List and Maintenance Forecast (ASLMF).
Pre-plan the required resources such as parts, components etc and also the necessary supporting documents. E.g. ADs, SBs,EOs.
To perform resources requirement study and perform manhours compilation to provide manhours quotation for potential check.
Monitor the check progress and arrange the necessary coordination and support to Production.
To monitor and control the On Time Delivery and On Time Cost of the maintenance tasks carried out.

Skills and Specifications

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any related field.
2- 5 years of experiences in aircraft management area.
Experience with exposure in Aviation Industry
Able to work with minimum supervision
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power point
Good organizational skills to manage entire work properly.
Strong communication skills and good command of written and spoken English
Ability to work with all levels of employees in a multi-cultural and international setting
Position will be for Miri, Sarawak

B1.3 & B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer (Miri)

Duties and Responsibilities

To undertake and supervise the maintenance, inspection, repair, replacement, modification, rectification and certification of aircraft in accordance with company and relevant aviation authority’s approved methods and procedures.
To carry out and certify maintenance, inspection, servicing, modification, repair, replacement and rectification on ECM and customer aircraft.
To brief MRO Senior Manager on the aircraft check status and provide feedback on the progress of the maintenance work.
To raise incident/accident and mandatory occurrence report with necessary details when required.
To undertake supervision of staff and ensure Senior Technicians and Technicians are assigned maintenance tasks accordingly and sufficiently equipped with tools and staff are briefed on the work to be carried out.
To ensure staff assigned to the aircraft maintain high standard of technical efficiency and recommend additional training if necessary.
Toassist MRO Senior Manager in maintaining staff disciplines.
To ensure availability of safety equipments and observe safety measures whilst working on aircraft.
To ensure staff required to work overtime obtain prior approval
To carry out any other task as directed by the superior.

Skills and Specifications

Candidates must possess a Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia (DCAM) B1.3 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License or approved equivalent license.
At least 3 years minimum, certifying maintenance on helicopters.
Maintenance experience on Eurocopter types would be an advantage.
Supervisory experience would also be an advantage.
Type training will be provided at OEM.
Ability to work with all levels of employees in a multi-cultural and international setting
