We are an established and fasi growing company in the construction industry is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following post based in Kuching, Sarawak.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting or with ACCA certificate,
Good understanding of accounting principles, able to do full sets of account with 3 to 5 years working experience in construction or telecommunication industry.
Good communication and problem solving skills and able to deal with subcontractor, suppliers, auditor and knowledge in taxation is an added advantage.
Able to work independently.
Knowledge in using accounting software preferably SQL Accounting System.
ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Diploma In Accounting or LCC1 certificate,
Good understanding of accounting principles, able to do full sets of account with 2 to 3 years working experience in construction or telecommunication industry.
Good communication and problem sloving skills and able to deal with subcontractor, suppliers, auditor and knowledge in taxation is an added advantage.
Able to work independently.
Knowledge in using accounting software preferably SQL Accounting System.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 4 years working experience in construction industry i.e Structural works, road works and electrical works
Good command in both civil, structural and M&E works
Experienced in formulation bill of Quantity
Good knowledge & information of current material market rate, supplier etc
Familiar with contract administration
Good negotiation skills and able to work independently.
Willing to travel anywhere in or outside Sarawak and holding a valid driving license class “D”
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Requirements:
Minimum Certificate or Diploma In Office Management/Business Management/ Administration.
Minimum 2 years experience in doing administration duties and preparing the tender document attachments.
Familiar with procedure of renewal and upgrading the license such as CIDB, UPK. FFO and Petronas license.
Highly motivated with excellent working attitude and able to reach a tight schedule.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English in both written and spoken.
Willing to learn and perform multi-tasking duties.
