Contract: Full time/permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small dynamic team which offers operational support for the University’s Integrated Student Information system (ISIS).

The successful candidate will take a lead role in the creation and maintenance of training packages, the delivery of training on the system, on-going support to end users and the development of a ‘train the trainer’ approach as well as contributing to the on-going development and support of ISIS including the streamlining of business process aimed at achieving full benefit from the system.

The successful candidate will be educated to HND/HNC in a related discipline and/or have equivalent relevant experience, with the ability to demonstrate experience of designing and delivering training documentation and courses as well as post experience of providing post implementation support to end users of IT systems. Essential criteria for this role include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work flexibly, take on new challenges and continually develop a personal skill base to meet the continually changing needs of the University, along with the ability to communicate complex information and concepts in simple terms to a range of users and at all levels within the University. Further requirements include the ability to work constructively in
multi-disciplinary teams, work independently, prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and analyse, evaluate and communicate complex information and concepts in simple terms to a range of users.
