Your role:
We have a requirement for a passionate and experienced Centre Director, with minimum Diploma qualifications in Children’s Services to lead our team in Sunbury. The position is for 38 hours per week.
You will be a proven leader with strong communication skills and business acumen who is able to guide and support your team. You will be required to undertake developmental activities as a part of our Empowered Centre Leadership program and will be committed to the early learning outcomes of the children in your centre. Pedagogical leadership skills are fundamental to our organisation. An ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) is essential.

Your role
