A professionally managed FMCG manufacturing company in the field of Personal Care, Oral Care and Home Care products based in Dubai wishes to fill the following positions:-

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Age: 30-40 years, Graduate / Post Graduate with 12 to 15 years experience in FMCG / Food / Pharma industry. Will be responsible for overseeing planning, manufacturing, warehousing, engineering and project functions. KRAs includes resource utilization, customer service levels, cost optimization, technology improvement and regulatory compliance. Person with strong leadership qualities and man management skills with an eye for details and problem solving approach with knowledge of latest development in the industry will be ideal for this position.
Reports to: Executive Director

H.R. MANAGER
Age: 30 – 38 years, Graduate / Post Graduate in HRM with 8 to 12 years industry experience will be suitable for this position. KRAs includes selection / recruitment, training, appraisal and reward system and employee administration. Should be able to formulate sustainable H.R policy aimed al retaining good employees.
Reports to: Executive Director

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Age: 28 – 35 years, Graduate / Post Graduate with 8 to 12 years production management in FMCG/ Pharma company with leadership qualities will be ideal candidate. Will be responsible for day to day management of production function with optimum utilization of production lines with adherence to quality parameters. Should be capable of motivating line staff towards achievement of production targets.
Reports to: Plant Manager

PURCHASE MANAGER
Age: 28 – 35 years, Graduate / Post Graduate in materials management with 8 to 12 years experience in procurement function in a FMCG company will be a ideal candidate. Person with understanding of forecast/s, materials planning functions and familiar with ERP packag es with net working with vendors will be a ideal candidate. Should posses strong negotiating skills and familiar with LCs, documentation etc involved with international purchases.
Reports to: Plant Manager

PLANNING MANAGER
Age: 28 – 35 years, Graduate / Post Graduate with 8 to 10 years experience in FMCG / Food / Pharma Companies. Shall be responsible for managing planning functions within the organization which will involve receiving forecast from various companies and translating them into active plans. Knowledge of forecasting techniques, capacities and production operations essential and will be responsible for co-ordinating with various departments to ensure production plans are adhered to.
Reports to: Plant Manager

PACKAGING TECHNOLOGIST
Age: 24 – 30 Years, IIP/ CIPET Graduate with around 3 – 5 years experience in Design and Development of Packaging components from a FMCG (Home and Personal Care category) /Pharma industry background. Hands on experience in development and roll out of packaging components, responsible for developing functional and conventional packaging specifications. Will be responsible for day-day development activities, supplier liaison, development of vendors and in depth knowledge about packaging testing and qualification.Project management skills will be an added advantage along with good communication and team working skills.
Reports to: Project Manager.
