Career Opportunities

1. QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• Cert/diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying/Building with at least 2 years experience in civil and/or building quantity surveying works.
• Familiar with taking off of quantities, tenders, variation orders and sub-contract administration works.
• Fresh degree graduates are welcomed to apply.

2. SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER

• Safety & Health certification by NIOSH, registered with DOSH.
• At least 2 years experience in safety management preferably in construction industry.

3. SITE SAFETY SUPERVISORS

• Completed Site Safety Supervisor course, registered with DOSH.
• At least 5 years site experience at supervisory level in construction industry.
• Preferably with some practical experiences in safely line.

4. SECRETARY/PERSONAL ASSISTANT

• Min. SPM with working experience in similar capacity.
• Highly committed, independent and efficient with good written and communication skills in English, Mandarin and BM.
• Pleasant personality, confident phone manner, lots of initiative, good computer and organisational skills.

5. PROJECT ASSISTANT – Property Development

• Min. Cert. in Architectural/Civil/Building/Quantity Surveying with min. 1 year hands-on experience in housing projects and knowledge of Autocad software.
