Process Engineers (Ref.No.M1721/AS)

The successful candidate will have a degree in Chemical or Polymer Engineering, and 5 years or more experience as a process engineer with leading polymer compounding, masterbatch or polyolefin resin producers. Successful candidate will be responsible for process development and trial of new products. He will also maintain and improve processing of the existing products portfolio; Will conduct studies and trials to improve quality, yield and troubleshooting of production lines. Candidate should have good knowledge of safety and OSHA guidelines. This position reports to the Plant Manager.

Research Scientist:
W&C (Ref.No.M1722/AS)
The successful candidate will have a degree in chemistry, polymers science or engineering, and a minimum of 5 years or more experience in formulating, compounding, testing and scale up of silane cross-linked and HFFR polyolefin wire and cable compounds. Successful candidate will be responsible for the complete product development process from sourcing lab equipment to formulation, lab scale compounding, scale up and technical support to the customer. The candidate will be hands on and largely self directed relying on extensive specific W&C experience. This position reports to the Commercial Manager.
