APPOINTMENT SETTER

EXPERIENCED APPOINTMENT
SETTER REQUIRED
We currently have vacancies for experienced Appointment Setters to start immediately. We have multiple positions in our business to fill. The roles come with a competitive hourly rate and commissions.

The role
You will be required to make warm outbound calls with
the aim of booking appointments for our advisor to attend
and offer the best priced quote. Your duties will include:

• Building rapport with the customers
• Offer abetter solutions to the customers
• Assess the customers situation
• Book appointments for the advisor to meet the customers
• Work to targets and KPIs

The person
We are looking for people with telephone based sales experience however any sales experience would be considered. In addition you will have the following skills and work experience:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or appointment setting position would be highly advantageous
• Experience working to targets and KPIs
  Excellent communication and rapport building skills Based in Carrum Downs we offer a base hourly rate and a high commission structure.
