Luxury Mortgage Corp is currently seeking to hire MULTIPLE MLOs. We have access to the widest range of mortgage products available today.
MLOs will originate 1-4 family residential mortgage loans while providing superior customer service. MLOs receive an aggressive commission structure and administrative and marketing support.
Locations:
New York, NY; Westport, CT; Stamford, CT; White Plains, NY
Reports to: Vice President of Regional Sales
Job Status/Type: Full Time
Career Level: Experienced (non-manager)
Work Experience: 4+ Years
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of successful external/outside retail mortgage origination experience with an emphasis on self sourced business Proven sales experience with the ability to meet production standards set for branch production
Proven history of established and documented referral partner relationships (e.g., realtors, builders, attorneys, financial advisors or CPAs)
Must meet the requirements of an MLO as defined by S.A.F.E
Complete familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC, FHA guidelines and a vast understanding of jumbo mortgage lending
An understanding of all facets of real estate transactions
Job Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment Thorough understanding of creditworthiness and an ability to review complex financial documents
Strong commitment to teamwork
Recruit/hire or demonstrated ability to recruit/hire additional sales professionals (MLOs) into department
Travel frequently within sales region and corporate office
Desired Qualifications:
S.A.F.E compliant
4+ years of retail mortgage sales experience
Desire to grow your career in a fast paced environment
Specific local market experience/knowledge a plus
Experience in any of the following specialties is considered a plus: corporate affinity, jumbo loans, private banking residential lending, lower to moderate income borrowers and, first time homebuyers
Experience serving bilingual clients
BA Business degree or related experience
