We are located on the corner of Elizabeth and Franklin Street in Melbourne, a one minute walk from the Queen Victoria Market.
We Offer to our guests information about Australia (a good knowledge is needed), what to do in and around Melbourne, how to get to places of interest and a safe place for them to be.
With FluidOz Bar down stairs the shifts are never short of someone to meet.
In the Bar we run Pool Competitions – Monday Nights,
Comedy and Karaoke – Tuesday Nights,
Trivia – Thursday nights and Dj’s on Sunday
The Position
Night Audit / Reception
5 Night shifts per week (Including weekends and public Holidays).
Shifts include 11.30pm to 7.30 am. There are other shifts on the roster but primarily you would be rostered for the Nights.
You would be working predominantly in the Reception and have Bar and Bottle Shop on the side. This would be on busy nights helping out with serving, stocking of shelves and plain old customer service.
Duties include:
Customer Service, cleaning of communal kitchen and other areas, stock ordering, receiving deliveries, checking in and out of hotel guests, Auditing our accommodation software, Hotel Guest and venue security/safety.
YOU MUST HAVE CURRENT
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE of ALCOHOL
Food Hygiene Certificate a plus but not essential
– Bar Experience – Reception Experience
Wages are paid under the Federal Award at a rate of $21.31 Mon – Fri
with additional penalty rates for nights and weekends.
