We are an established shipping agents with a principal which are fast- growing regional shipping lines in Asia Pacific Rim with offices and networks spanning the region. Due to our rapid expansion, we are looking for talents to join us within our organisation’s network.

As Such, we are looking for mature individuals who has the following criteria:-

MAINTENANCE & REPAIR EXECUTIVE (GP)

JOB DUTIES:

  • To responsible daily containers inventory maintenance and repair approval
  • Monitoring daily container movement for damage container in depot / agents
  • To follow up third party recovery
  • Prepare monthly summary data for damage container & costing
  • Verification of invoices and raise billing for Credit Note (CN)/ Debit Note (DN)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of GP and repair criteria for CIC, IICL 5
  • Min 3-5 years experience related with in depot / production line/ shipping line
  • Efficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
  • Able to multi-task and perform under pressure
  • Knowledge of handling of cargo claim
