Job Duties:
> Receive files for properties in foreclosure process
> Review and monitor credit sources, credit files, customer applications and delinquent accounts
> Obtain required information from credit organizations, banks and loan associations
> Maintain records on credit risks, delinquent accounts and incomplete files
> Send follow-up letters. Accept payment on certain accounts
> Responsible for analyzing mortgagors financial position to determine eligibility for options to foreclosure
> Provide an objective and meaningful analysis which will allow management to make well informed decisions
> Negotiate with mortgagors, real estate agents, attorneys and other vendors to mitigate losses to the company
> Counsel mortgagors towards foreclosure avoidance. Must document all actions thoroughly and completely

Requirements
Requirements:
> Must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize task with a sense of urgency, hands on experience managing and monitoring foreclosure process
> 1+ years Mortgage-banking
> High School or equivalent

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm OR 8am-5pm, over time as needed
