Salary : Up to £65,000 p.a. + benefits
① Responsible for achievement of KPIs for the Repair Engineering Department
② To write and or revise quality management procedures related to the Engineering Department when required, and to assist the implementation of standardisation
③ To lead and participate in the identification and resolution of technical non conformities and Request for Actions
④ To know and to manage the contracts with customers and contractors from a technical point of view, and to understand the internal and external customers’ requirements and satisfy these correctly.

To fulfil the procedures of economic-financial budgeting and control of costs for the Repair Engineering Department, in collaboration with the Engineering Manager.
⑥ To follow up and to finalise all the technical issues assigned to the Repair Engineering Department.
⑦ To develop MPSE repairs team and manage employees in the department. To maintain and deliver the appraisal system in line with MPSE procedures. Also the requirement to participate in the interview process for new team members when required.
⑧ To follow up the key performance indicators of Repair Engineering Department and to fulfil the committed targets
⑨ To prepare, revise and follow-up of the technical reports, technical information for quotations, and provide engineering assistance to commercial sales in proposing Mitsubishi products to customers

⑩ To have efficient communications with Customer (internal/external) to identify their technical demands/concerns, and take the correct actions or define them and make sure they are applied.
⑪ To have efficient communication with any external repair Vendors for repair engineering and to work in collaboration with customer support engineers (both Japan and the vendors when required) for the resolution of technical issues, to coordinate information flow between Customer-HQ-Manufacturing & Repair facilities

⑫ Assist in the planning and execution of the company expansion plans
⑬ To prepares reports for senior management regarding status and progress of repair related issues
