| SUPERINTENDENT – MECHANICAL | Degree in Engineering with 10 years experience in furnace maintenance, out of 4 years as section head |
| PLANNING SUPERVISORS (ENGG.) | 4-8 years experience in planning & scheduling of shutdowns/workshop activity |
| REFRACTORY SUPERVISORS | Engineering Diploma or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of related experience |
| Q.C LABORATORY SPECIALISTS | Bachelor Degree with 5-10 years experience in Arc Furnace. |
| CHEMISTS / LAB ANALYSTS | Degree with minium 4 years experience as Chemist/Lab Analyst in Chemical sector or related Industry |
| ELECTRICAL INSPECTORS | 5-9 years experience in inspection of rotating & stationary equipments, to reduce breakdown & failure of equipment |
| INSTRUMENT TECHNICIANS | 3-5 years experience in maintenance all process Instrumentation, Dcs System, PLC Systems, Fibre Optic Networks |
| MILLWRIGHT OPERATORS | 3-5 years experience as Millwright Operator with smelter plant |
| FABRICATORS | 3-5 years experience in fabrication of equipment parts in maintenance & workshop department as required in the plant |
| BRICK LAYERS / MASONS (REFRACTORY) | Minimum 5 years experience as Refractory Brick layer/Mason |
| PIG CASTING MACHINE (PCM–OPERATORS) | Should have minimum 5 years experience as PCM Operator |
| IRON INJECTION OPERATORS | Should have minimum 5 years experience as Iron Injection Operator |
| GRANULATION OPERATORS | 3-5 years experience as Granulation Operators |
| SLAG PLANT SAMPLING OPERATORS | 3-5 years experience same field |
| CRANE OPERATORS | Minimum 6 years experience in 80 Ton Crane Operation in Manufacturing Companies |
