SECTION HEAD –
TRAINING – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
(REF: ODC/HR/001/13)

Selection Criteria

  • Qualification in HR -Training & Development.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical training environment with a focus on Adult
    Learning.
  • Sound Knowledge and field experience of Heavy Industry technical & non-technical issues and a commitment to learning and career development.
  • Ability to train in other languages (especially Arabic) would be an added advantage.

MARKET SURVEYOR – MARKETING
(REF: ODC/MAR/001/13)

Selection Criteria

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Industrial Engineering.
  • Computer skills and report writing skills.
  • Organizational skills, multitasking skills and human relations.
  • Experience: Over 7 years experience in market research and surveys for industrial work in big shipyards or engineering companies.

SR. ENGINEER-
HULL & PAINTING ESTIMATION
(REF: ODC / MAR/002/13)

Selection Criteria

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Computer Skills and handling other office equipment.
  • Organizational skills, multitasking skills and human relations.
  • Experience: Over 5 years experience in estimation activities of hull and painting work for Offshore Projects including industrial work in big shipyards or engineering companies.

SR. ENGINEER – OUTFITTING ESTIMATION
(REF: ODC/MAR/003/13)

Selection Criteria

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Naval architect or Mechanical engineering
  • Computer Skills and handling other office equipment.
  • Organizational skills, multitasking skills and human relations.
  • Experience: Over 5 years experience in estimation activities of outfitting work such as piping, machinery and electrics for Offshore Projects including industrial work in big shipyards or engineering companies

PROJECT CONTROLLER
(REF; ODC/MAR/004/13)

Selection Criteria

  • Qualification: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Computer Skills and handling other office equipment.
  • Organizational skills, multitasking skills and human relations.
  • Experience: Over 3 years experience in project control activities for Offshore Projects including industrial work in big shipyards or engineering companies.

ALSO VARIOUS POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE AS BELOW:

  • Material Controller
  • Hull foreman
  • Machinery & Electric Foreman
  • Painting Foreman
  • Outfitting Engineer

Remuneration will be at par with the industry standards.
Visa Charges will be borne by ODC on successful selection of the candidate.
