Surgitrack Program Coordinator – Manchester, NH area

Brief Description
Responsible for coordinating inventory management services for SurgiTrack businesses including conducting efficiency benchmarking, process design and implementation, as well as supply chain analysis. Serves as primary customer liaison.

Detailed Description
Responsible for coordinating inventory management services for SurgiTrack businesses including conducting efficiency benchmarking, process design and implementation, as well as supply chain analysis. Serves as primary customer liaison; responsible for resolving process and administrative issues. Also responsible for SurgiTrack maintenance and correct pricing; proactively identifies when pricing updates are required and coordinates pricing changes with all parties. This position reports to the local Office Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Works with Sales Representatives and Operations Team to coordinate shipping schedule, ship to location and start date for Surgitrak program.

2. Review Product Analysis sheets provided by Sales Representatives to verify item accuracy.

3. Submit UOM changes to Product Administration. Create Tote Configuration/QA Checklist/Tote Labels. Create SKU for totes in PMF, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

4. Add products to the OMNI Corporate Product file with required pricing data according to Division and Corporate policy as required by New/Lost Business reports and OMNI Nonstock Requirements. Update CIM and Forecast field for totes and components.

5. Create Fabricate Work Orders to build totes, checks product availability, accuracy and proper pricing. Process and input all customer orders.

6. Run sales tracing reports. Monitor stock levels and usage on all components, totes and branch use items.

7. Review and modify demand forecasts for tote and component inventory utilizing the Manugistics Toolkit window as required by new and lost business information. Maintain inventory item ordering rules such as Minimum/Incremental purchase quantities and purchasing horizon using the Manugistics SKU Maintenance window. Expedite late open purchase lines for all Suppliers using Manugistics reports.

8. Communicate with Corporate SurgiTrack Procedure Kit Administrative Specialist on price loading updates. Communicate with Sales Team on product shipping delays as well as internal DC team on product updates, price changes and recalls. Correspond with customers on system product loading and provide pricing updates.

9. Identify excess inventory items using Manugistics reports and post appropriate product to the Transferable Inventory Pool. Inititiate InterBranch transfers (IBT’s) in response to critical stock out situations and to the Manugistics IBT Candidates report.

10. Handles return goods authorization process according to procedures and assures proper credit is given to the customer and assures proper pricing on all customer orders.

11. Maintain working relationship with customers responding to inquires and/or complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory, counts, etc. in courteous and efficient manner. Reports any customer feedback to management and DC team.

  • EDUCATION & FORMAL TRAINING:

Thorough knowledge of a specialized or technical field such as cost or general accounting, drafting, statistics, programming, time study, electronics, electrical or chemical technology. Equal to a high school diploma plus additional broad training equal to 2 years’ college.

B. WORK EXPERIENCE:
Over three years up to and including five years of experience in a role with similar scope and accountability.

C. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Ability to resolve conflict, persuade and negotiate
  • Thorough understanding of all warehouse functions, aspects and processes
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of process management techniques and principals
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of software programs such as Word and Excel, Business Objects, CSW, Microsoft Access and other necessary programs or project tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects

Detailed Description
Responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets Company standards for safety, security, and productivity. Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Receives pick tickets from Warehouse Supervisor and reads order to ascertain catalog number, size, color, and quantity of merchandise.

2. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves..

3. Picks customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.

4. Carries or transports orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with materials handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged in order of delivery.

5. Operates any materials handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.

6. May organize items of pallet by hospital unit.

7. Re-packs and weighs orders which require such handling.
