Responsibilities

You will be responsible for PCB design and layout using Allegro PCB.
> You will work with Senior Level PCB CAD Engineer designing and developing new analog, digital, and mixed-signal printed circuit board assemblies.
> Interface with electrical and mechanical engineers on board layout, design constraints and packaging.

Requirements> You must have Allegro PCB experience, knowledge of PCB materials, finishes, fabrication and assembly, and experience with PCB Layout tools. Experience with PADS PowerPCB and Altium PCB is a plus. > Must have at least five ( 5 ) years of experience as a PCB Design Engineer with Printed Circuit Board design and layout, preferably with Allegro. > Associates or Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering is a plus, but not required. > Knowledge of high speed board design and board constraining. > Experience with SolidWorks, CircuitWorks, OrCAD and/or DxDesigner is a plus. > Must be a local self starter with great organizational and technical skills.

Reporting to an Engineering Mgr, this IE will be working with a team of Engineers to support the growth related to additional production and staffing in a state-of-the-art assembly plant. > Responsible for planning of Assembly, Logistics and Quality or Body and Paint headcount requirements. > Lead and implement headcount forecast for Operational Planning (OP) Pre-calculation (VK) and future strategy decisions in adherence to the planning procedure. > Standardization of headcount planning in accordance with standards set in other plants. > Ensure CI activities are on time and are in alignment with departmental annual plans.
