| Rig Manager additional rig | Position Description: Co-ordinate the safe working of the crew and any workers or technician who may be assigned to the rig-Experience: Have worked in the field level in Well Service Rig for a minimum of 10 years. |
| RSR Supervisor | Position Description: Be responsible of all RSR and TMX® activities. Experience: Minimum 10 years in well servicing, out of 2 years as Rig Manager, 2 years as flush by units.2 years with coiled rod would be an added qualification. |
| RSR& TMX® Operator |
Position Description: Be responsible for safe and efficient operation of Rapid Service Rig (RSR) or Truck Mounted X-Accelerator (TMX®) and maintained to manufacturer and company standards. Experience: Minimum 5 years of well servicing – out of which 3 years as RSR/TMX operator, 3 years as flush by units or RSR & TMX© and 3 years with Coiled Rod. |
| Tool Pusher | Position Description: Should have worked as night Supervisor over a Rig such as co-ordinate the safe working of the crew and any additional rig workers. Experience: Minimum 5 years having worked as Tool Pusher/Night Supervisor |
| Driller | Position Description: Be responsible for the safe operation of well service rig and auxiliary equipment-Experience: Minimum 5 on operating a well service rig & excellent time management with knowledge of subsurface equipment. |
| Assistant Driller | Position Description: Be responsible to drive, operate the pressure pumping equipment, maintain company owned trucks in accordance with Company policies procedures. Experience: Minimum 2 years working in well servicing-pressure pumping-wire line or well service rig. |
| Derrick Man | Position Description: Be responsible for working the tubing and rod board and report to Driller. Be able to perform all work associated in derrick during running and pulling of tubular and rods. Experience: Minimum 2 years working as Derrick Man on well service Rig. |
| Floor Man | Position Description: Be responsible for operating all equipment at floor level.. Experience: Minimum 1 + years working at floor level and understanding the mechanics of hydraulic operated tongs. |
| Roustabout | Position Description: Be responsible as an entry level position working on crew to assist with well service equipment operation and maintenance. Experience: Have 6 months working as Roustabout on Well service rig and capable of working in a rapid changing environment. |
| Chief Mechanic/ Shop Supervisor | Position Description: Be responsible lo ensure daily inspection and maintenance on mechanic equipment is carried out and permit to work system is in place and followed. Participate in effective management and preventive maintenance system (PMS). Carry out period maintenance according PMS guidelines and coordinate with supervisor and other heads of dept. Operate, maintain and repair engine, transmissions, hydraulic and pneumatic system. Experience: Minimum 5 years as chief mechanic in the oil field. Installation, troubleshooting, equipment selection, repairing, and judgment and decision making will be an added qualification. |
| Mechanic | Position Description: To report to Rig Equipment Lead and primary responsibility to maintain and repair all company owned well service equipment including but not limited to mobile well servicing rigs, rapid service rigs, rig pumps, crew trucks and auxiliary equipment in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Experience: Minimum 10 years working on rigs or well servicing rigs. Also Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic. |
| Electrician | Position Description: Be responsible to ensure daily inspection and maintenance on electrical equipment is carried out as per agreed standard. Have participated in effective management of preventive maintenance system(PMS). Experience: Minimum 5 years as electrician in the field. Having installing experience of equipment determine causes of operating errors, determining kind of tools and equipment, repairing machines or system using needed tools. |
