Sara Worldwide Vacations Berhad ( Co. No 19223-V) is a wholly-owned subsidiary-of Sarawak Economic Development Corporation operating a Timeshare Club with memberships throughout Malaysia.
Alongside with its progressive development, the Company is in search of a suitable candidate for the positions of;
1) Sales Executive
Ideal Candidate should possess the following:
Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
Diploma in any discipline with minimum five (5) years experience in sales and marketing, or STPM/SPM holder with at least 10 years
experience in sales and marketing may also apply.
High level of professionalism and integrity, excellent skills in people management and customer service, interpersonal, communication and marketing.
Enthusiastic and result oriented with impeccable track records in related field.
Able to foresee the industry trend.
Experience in insurance sales background is an added advantage.
Multi-lingual skill is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities;
Responsible for the development and overall corporate sales and performance of all sales activities.
Ensures consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to mprove short and long term sales and earnings.
Responsible for all corporate matters in relations to Timeshare which includes activities in adherence to corporate compliances by statutory bodies (Trustee, SSM, HTDF, etc).
Ensures that daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities are performed in a timely, professional and accurate manner.
2) Sales Officer
Ideal Candidate should possess the following:
Diploma in any discipline, or STPM/SPM holder with minimum three (3) years experience in sales.
High level of professionalism and integrity, strong understanding of customers, market dynamics and requirements.
Enthusiastic and result oriented with impeccable track records in related field.
Ability of consultative sales approach.
Able to work both independently and in a team
Possess excellent verbal and communication skills,
Have valid Class D driving license and possess own transport.
Experience in insurance sales background is an added advantage.
Multi-lingual skill is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to promote / market / sales of company’s products or packages to prospective customers.
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive sales strategy and approaches.
To ensure that daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities are performed in a timely, professional and accurate manner.
Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experiences.
