HEAD OF MAINTENANCE
Candidate must have atleast 7 years hands on experience in a large modern wheat Hour mill in maintenance, fabrication and installation. Also a min. of 4 years in a supervisory capacity in a PLC controlled flour mill with Buhler or similar machinery. Also the applicant must have proven leadership abilities to lead a team in all aspects of flour mill maintenance, as well as grain handling and ship unloading equipment. The responsibility will be to maintain the flour mill to the highest possible standards Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or similar capacity.
