1. EXECUTIVE, FIELD OPERATIONS (FOE)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to guide and assist Toyota Service Branches to achieve the sales and Total Unit Service (TUS) targets.
  • Support Toyota Service Branches in monitoring the cost improvement activities.
  • Monitor, evaluate and assist to resolve customer complaints directed to HQ.
  • Execute, evaluate and support branches in achieving the TSM and ISO140001 certitication.
  • Guide branches to actively participate in the OCC and staff suggestion scheme via promoting “Toyota Way” culture.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience preferably in customer service, business development, administration or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Exposure in planning and coordination is added advantage.
  • Dynamic personality with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to speak in Chinese language is an added advantage.
  • Willing to be relocated is an advantage.
  • IT savvy – Microsoft Office Application
  • The position will be base at Kuching

2. EXECUTIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS (ECSO)

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the overall management of the Toyota Service Center to ensure set targets are met and related company initiatives are successfully implemented.
  • Motivate and manage service center’s staff so that a high level of productivity, competency and commitment can be achieved.
  • Implement after-sales customer care activities to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Prepare required reports including warranty and technical.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Automotive Engineering/ Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent with automotive or related experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills with ability to manage a team and interact with People effectively.
  • Self-motivated and independent with strong leadership skills and able to perform under pressure.
  • Experience in managing an automotive service center will be an added advantage.
  • Customer oriented person with good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • IT Savvy – Microsoft Application.
  • Highly Transferable within Sarawak.
  • The position will be base at Sibu.
