Available position: Procurement Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
Support the bidding processes by observing the requisites of procedures; time, cost and quality compatible with the operation’s needs and the optimization of resources available in the supply market.
Be responsible for documentation archiving and system updates related to procurement processes. Lead the acquisition of information to help identify regional market trends to identify potential opportunities. Develop a potential supplier database and in coordination with the focal points, both local and global, determine the viability of further supplier development.
Education & Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business; accounting, operation management or any related field
- A minimum of three (3) years work experience in either Supply Chain. Procurement, or Contract management
- Proven record in purchasing and contracting methods and practices
- Considerable knowledge of methods of analyzing and evaluating suppliers
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Advanced writing skills; should be capable to understand complex contractual and legal terminology
- Advanced communication skills; should be able to wok comfortably with senior management
- Proven record in leading process improvements; exposure to Lean, 6 sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies an advantage
- Advanced Computer skills; ability to generate complex reports on as needed basis
- SAP knowledge is an advantage

Available position: Condition Monitoring Technician
Main Responsibilities:
- Off-line data collection in the field – vibration / temperature measurements of various rotating pieces of equipment like fans, motors, conveyor belt gear boxes, grinding mills, mixers, blowers, compressors, pumps, etc using CSI 2130 dual channel vibration analyzer
- Measure and analyze PeakVue® and cross channel phase measurements
Be well-versed with Emerson AMS Suite Machinery Health Manager Software - Execute two plane field and balancing of critical equipment like blowers and fans by using CSI 2130 advanced balancing kit
- Knowledge in NDT inspection methods like UT Flaw Detection, DP. Thickness Measurement. Thermography FL1R E60 & CSI A9830 and laser alignment of critical equipment by using CSI, SKF & FIXTURE LASER tools
- Detection of faulty bearings in noisy environments by Acoustic Ultrasonic detection method and by using Ultra probe and Fault diagnostics of machinery vibration problems, such as bearing defects, gear wheel defects, misalignment, unbalance, looseness, etc by spectrum and time waveform analysis and recommending appropriate maintenance action
Education & Skills Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with experience in condition monitoring
- Working experience with SAP PM Module & Notifications
- Have a recognized International Certification in vibration Analysis -CAT 1
- Have a recognized International Certification in Thermograph Analysis will be a plus
- Adhere to all company Health, Safety and Environment measures and procedures as well as a work permit, task risk analysis, LOTO (lock out-tag out) system
- Basic PC Skills, including MS Office Package
- Knowledge of generating predictive technical reports with measurement results with trends
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
