To achieve this, we seek qualified individual(s) to fill these exciting and challenging positions in our organisation and become a major contributor to our mission.

SENIOR MANAGER, FOREST CONSERVATION PROGRAMME

  • Lead in the implementation of Responsible Forest Programme (2012-2016) comprising Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak Landscapes.
  • To monitor the implementation of the Global Forest and Trade Network (GFTN) Business Plan and Partnership Implementation Agreement (PIA). Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Criteria and Indicators, Timber Legality and Assurance Scheme (TLAS). Reduced Emission Deforestation and Degradation Plus (REDD+) and High Conservation Value Forest (HCVF) in Malaysia.
  • Engage with Ministries and Government Agencies related to the conservation and management of forestry practices and timber certification in Malaysia.

MANAGER, PROCUREMENT, ASSET MANAGEMENT AND DISPOSAL

  • Delivery of quality services and management in terms of executing procurement and asset management matters and ensure smooth working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including third parties, consultants, vendors/ suppliers, donors and internal executants.
  • Ensure that Procurement, asset management and disposal practices are transparent and accountable and negotiated in the best interest of the organisation.

EXECUTIVE, FINANCE

  • Provision of quality services in terms of month end closing of accounts and ensure smooth working relationships with third parties, consultants, vondors/suppliers, donors and Internal executants.
  • Perform the day-to-day processing of GL transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective manner and is up-to-date at all times with an eye for detail and accuracy.
