About the Job
An excellent opportunity exists to join a growing sports coaching business based in Brisbane. We offer a challenging and fulfilling career path filled with exciting opportunities for those interested in a career as a Sports Instructor.
We run both the Young Sports Multi-sport program for young children as well as programs for individual sports. Currently instructors are mainly required to teach children in the 3-6yr old age group.
Our programs are delivered to the highest professional coaching standards. Full training is provided. We seek instructors for part time and part time leading to full time positions.
We require applicants with:
An extensive background of participation in at least 2-3 sports i.e. played to regional/state level – ideally from those within our curriculum.
A passion for coaching children
A personality that is capable of entertaining children while coaching them.
Blue Card or are currently applying for one.
A reliable car and current drivers license
Experience coaching/teaching children 3-12yrs of age
An understanding of the physical and mental parameters which apply to this age range of children

Able to work both independently and as part of a team
A commitment to mastering the standards required in the delivery of the Young Sports program
The successful applicant will firstly undergo a probationary and training period.
Remuneration is:
– $20 per hr plus car allowance – during the training period
– $22 per hour plus bonuses – following the successful completion of the training period
– $45,000+ plus car allowance for employees who progress to a full time position
