Post Name: Maintenance Supervisor (Labuan Based)
Requirements:

• At least 10 to 15 years of working experience in plant machinery and installation maintenance.
• Age of 30 years and above.
• Proactive to ensure that all plant machinery and equipment are in top operating conditions by leading in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• To follow company’s operating procedures and policies; have the commitment to put them into practice and ensure compliance with the requirements as outlined by certifying authorities.
• To organize and plan together with Plant Supervisors regular preventive maintenance work on all equipment and systems within the plant.
• To oversee the activities of contractors / maintenance contractors in compliance with the work scope and company’s regulations concerning safety procedures.
• To develop together with Plant Supervisor maintenance work schedule. Able to handle emergencies and adjust work schedules as needed.
• General knowledge of basic plant electrical installation, mechanical maintenance skills etc.
• General knowledge on diesel engine maintenance, pumps, air compressors, tractors and forklifts with hands on experience.
• Good command in both spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia and computer.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, reporting to General Manager.
