• Remuneration will be dependent on the candidate’s qualifications and level of experience.

Requirements:-

We are seeking applications from suitably qualified personnel for the role of National Export Market Systems Facilitator (National Facilitator) in Fiji. The National Facilitator will lead PHAMA Plus interventions and activities in Fiji – including technical, cross-cutting and operational matters. They will bring existing relationships, as well as the ability to develop dynamic working relationships with a range of private sector, and community stakeholders in complex and often challenging circumstances.
The National Facilitator will work closely with private and public-sector actors to establish strategy and implement flexible and effective mechanisms to achieve program outcomes. The role will develop and apply business models that deliver profitability and sustainability, as well as improved gender and social inclusion outcomes, with the private sector, social enterprises, common interest groups, cooperative groups, or state-owned enterprises. The National Facilitator will work in collaboration with other PHAMA Plus team members in Suva and will report to the PHAMA Plus Team Leader.
