Job Requirements:

• Coordinates, updates, and maintains for new and existing fixed assets, including asset identification tagging, location identification and physical count.
• Conducts periodical and annual fixed assets physical inventories, and coordinates with location in-charge and department managers
• Coordinates transfer of equipment with facilities and operations, and update accounting staff to post transactions related to transfers
• Reconciles fixed assets register with physical count and coordinates any variances with relevant fixed assets accounting staff.
• Provides assistance with the implementation of processes in relation to fixed assets safeguarding
• Assists with the development of written processes and procedures for identifying, tracking, transferring, reporting, and as requested, disposing of fixed assets
• Supplies information for inventory reports as well as other assets reports and records
• Omani driving license.
  Skills:

• Fixed asset management processes and protocol
• Fixed asset tracking systems
• Physical inventory practices and standards
• Inventory control processes and standards

Computer Skills:

• Demonstrated proficiency using standard office software applications, spreadsheets, and databases
  Work Experience:

• Two years inventory control or fixed assets work experience.
  Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
