Draftman, Design Engineer, Sales Engineer jobs seeking in Amcan Colour Coating Industries Sdn Bhd

Post Name: Draftman
Responsibility of Draftman:

• Able to operate CAD software and draw in 2D drawings and isometric view for metal roof, metal cladding and steel structure detailing
• Liaise with sales team and engineers to gather information on product and structural requirements and designs
• Able to do cutlist and quantity take off. Able to work independently to produce shop drawings, construction designs, as- build drawings in terms of detailing for metal roof, metal cladding and steel structure.
• To assist production in shop drawing limitation and able to communicate with both external and internal party to resolve problem
• Able to work from rough sketches, written or verbal instruction.

Draftman Requirement:

• Drafting certificates/ Diploma/ higher diploma in AutoCAD or related field
• Minimum experience of 3 years in related field / consultant firms

Post Name: Design Engineer
Responsibility of Design Engineer:

• Must be able to analyse and understand the structural and architectural drawings
• Must be well versed in lightweight steel trusses, lightweight framing system, mild steel system and hybrid system of mild steel and lightweight.
• Well versed in Australian standard / British code for steel structure. Understanding of Euro code will be an added advantage.
• Able to conduct engineering assessment and evaluation related to existing structure and/or structure alternatives and prepare technical report.
• Able to attend meeting and explained on design concept.
• Able to monitor progress, problem solving, improvise design and give solutions within time frame
• Able to discuss and coordinate with a team of dedicated design department
• Able to complete task on time with minimal supervision and with high productivity.
• Able to use engineering software such as STRAP and SPACE GASS. Requirement:
• Minimum degree in Civil Engineering Course or related field.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in related field / consultant firms

Post Name: Sales Engineer
Responsibility of Sales Engineer:

• Must be able to understand the structural and architectural drawings
• Must be able to understand the concept and design criteria in lightweight steel trusses, lightweight framing system, mild steel system and hybrid system of mild steel and lightweight.
• Able to attend meeting and explained on design concept.
• providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Able to work independently and willing to travel for sales / presentation / site visit / site coordination.
• Able to understand contract and explain the contract conditions before signing of any sales contract.
• Good interpersonal skill and willing to work under pressure.
• provide technical support and able to do presentation with minimal guidance.
• preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
• Build rapport with existing customers and build new network for all company products.

Sales Engineer Requirement:

• Minimum degree in Civil Engineering Course or related field.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in related field / consultant firms
