Responsibilities of Sales Administrator:-

1. To quote inqury received from client within given datelines.
2. To source out quotation.
3. Interacting with suppliers/principals and end users to coordinate, facilitate and resolve any purchasing matters.
4. To co-ordinate with logistic provider to ensure smooth movement from supplier / principals to company warehouse or client warehouse.
5. To provide administration support in preparing Tender Submission.

Sales Administrator requirements :-

1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma in relevant field.
2. Work experience in shipping, forwarding & logistic is prefered.
3. Aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented.
4. Good command of English in both communication and writing skills.
5. Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office and Excel.
