be’ah welcomes recent university and college graduates to be part of a capacity building program. Our environmental excellence apprenticeship program, offers participants a mentored, learning and an inspiring opportunity to become community outreach representatives, be’ah’s Environmental Excellence Apprenticeship is a full-time, paid development program. As an apprentice (to be called Community Outreach Representative), you’ll build upon the skills you developed in school by participating in real world assignments and practical applications.
Ready to be an apprentice?
To become an apprentice, you must have graduated from a university/college within the past year. Other qualifications include:
1. Omani national.
2. Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or equivalent higher level education. Preferably in any of the following majors (psychology – sociology – education – communication and marketing).
3. Not less than 23 years old.
4. Good critical-thinking & interpersonal communication skills.
5. The ability to foster relationships & work collaboratively.
6. The ability to self-manage & be a self-starter.
7. Proficiency in written & spoken Arabic & English.
8. Must be committed and willing to be part of the program for a period of 9 months.
9. Not an employee in any organization during the period of the program.
