– £100 per Full Governing Body Meeting
– £75 per Sub Committee Meeting
– Meeting held in the Evenings and during the school day
The governing body wish to appoint as soon as possible a dedicated and committed Clerk to the Governing Body.
Duties include:

• attending all governors meetings throughout the academic year (6 Full Governing Body meetings and 19 sub-committee meetings) Meetings are held in the evening and during the school day
• attend other Governing Body panel meetings as required as well as the annual strategy day at the end of the school year
• prepare and circulate agendas and associated paperwork in advance of meetings
• take accurate well-presented minutes and circulate to the Governors via the Governors hub and emails
• managing all Governing Body Documentation and data
• attend relevant training events organized by the Local Authority
• provide advice to the Governing Body and Governance and procedural matters.
