Keresa Plantations Sdn Bhd is an established oil palm plantation based in Bintulu, Sarawak. We seek highly motivated, resourceful and suitably qualified individuals to join us for the below positions:

Post Name: Senior Estate Manager – Bintulu, Sarawak
Responsibilities of Senior Estate Manager:

• Oversees the daily operations of the estate.
• Responsible for the human capital development, asset utilization and operation performance.
• Provide recommendations on all agricultural aspects of the development and operation of the estate conformance to best developed practices.
• Ensure all work operations in safe and responsible manner.
• Planning and managing estate budget to ensure operating expenses and profitability are maximized.
• Regular communication & preparation of reports to head office.
• Plan, organize, implement and control all operations and activities within the estate according to the practice and guidelines provided by the Company.
• Ensure the achievement of the company’s targets.
• Manage the expenditure within the approved limits.
• Organize, supervise, train, coach and counsel and assess team members towards achieving optimum productivity and work quality.
• Organize and control matters related to the estate security.

Senior Estate Manager Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Plantation Management/ Agriculture and/or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil Palm Plantation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good analytical skills, able to provide direction and coordination of plantation production and administrative management
