Ben Foods Pte Ltd, An established Trading company is looking for a self driven leader who is able to motivate and train his/her team, think critically and solve problems in a decisive manner The title holder will manage the accounting operations in the company and will report to the Financial Controller.

Post Name:- Finance Manager

His/her main responsibilities are:-

•  Prepare monthly management and financial reports on a timely manner
• Prepare budgets and cashflow forecast
• Develop and review financial policies and internal controls to comply with statutory and financial accounting regulations
• Oversee GL, AP & AR reconciliations and ensure correct accounting treatment for transactions
• Submission of GST and corporate tax returns
• Preparation of Audit Schedules and liaise with external/internal auditors
• Performs administrative and other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:-

•  Degree in Accountancy with minimum 8 years of experience in similar capacity
• Strong analytical skills and eye for accuracy
• Good leadership quality with experience managing team performance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• IT savvy and familiarity with SAP software will be advantageous
