Post Name:- Developer Contributions Accountant

Position No: BC1169

With a focus on the development of systems, we are seeking a permanent full time Accountant to join our Contributions section. You will be working with financial models, scenario analyses and projected cash flows including timing of receipt of contributions and timing of expenditures on works and land acquisitions. You will also be training staff and act in accordance with the NSW WHS Act 2011. WHS Regulation 2017 and the WHS Management System.

You must have tertiary qualifications in accounting, extensive experience in applying accounting policies and procedures and financial spreadsheets, skills in research, problem solving and reconciliation, commitment for customer service, be deadline driven and have a Driver’s Licence. Experience in Local Government, Technology One software systems. Financial Modelling, Net Present Values. Scenario Analysis and interest rate implications would be advantageous.

There will be alcohol and drug testing during the pre- employment phase.

Salary Range:- $1.652.20 to $1.850.50 pw (Grade 15) 35-hour working week, leave entitlements, 9.5% employer superannuation contribution, gym membership discounts and more.
