Responsibilities:

• To lead the team of inventory / store staff to receive and record new stock
• Daily monitoring & evaluation of inventory
• Creating / preparing schedules, monitoring stock levels at the various stores
• To ensure timely replenishment of stock and regular reconciliation of inventories
• To ensure that physical stocks and stock records are reconciled, kept correct and updated at all times
• To ensure that every item of stock is available and is issued on time and that there are no shortages on shelves
  Requirements:

• Has 10-15 years working experience with at least 5 years’ experience in a directly related job capacity
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior supervisory or managerial position

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to supervise and manage all new and existing projects in the plant, from tender documentation, feasibility study to implementation and execution of project so as to meet the stipulated goals and objectives of the plant
• Assist in developing, recommends, establishing overall plant Operations and Management Programs involves planning, inspection and executions for the whole plant and restorations of all systems and methods to ensure the least interruptions with respect to plant operations and to ensure all forecasted budgets
• To lead and control operating cost and budgets. To always stretch for savings from CAPEX
• To identify and work closely with turnkey suppliers for spare parts in order to ensure successful project execution at minimum cost
• To work closely with the production and maintenance department in order to ensure effective project implementation through good management of project cost, timeline and resources.
• To draft project tender specifications, ie materials, tools, equipment and process, coordinate the tender process and assess the tender results as per the company’s requirements.
• To source for interchangeable spare parts for the operations and where necessary, coordinate local spare parts production in order to minimize or reduce the operational cost
• To lead and guide the draughtsman in order to the ensure the process flow parameters are carried out properly and highlight to the team for discrepancies and where necessary, advise the team on what needs to be done
