Colo-I-Suva Rainforest seeking for Cook and Chefs Assistant

Colo-I-Suva Rainforest Eco Resort are looking for experienced cook for our small hotel restaurant in Colo-I-Suva.

Post Name:- Cook / Chef’s Assistant

You will have experience in a restaurant that is open for all day dining – breakfast, lunch and dinner with both A la Carte & Buffet sittings for up to 60 covers at any sitting, with a focus on preparing meals to established recipes and standards.

You must have excellent hygiene, be honest and reliable, have communication and organizational skills and be able to work unsupervised as well as work within a young energetic team. Some shift work may be required.

Pay rate is negotiable, plus subsidised meals, FNPF, overtime etc: previous applicants need not apply. Immediate start
