Courts are seeking applications from interested applicants for the position of Service Technician to be based at Savusavu.

Post Name:- Service Technician

Job Requirement:

•  Closely work with Corporate Sales Team and provide technical Support
• Able to repair products such as Chainsaw, Bush cutters, water blaster, lawn mower and all other power tools appliances.
• Able to use engine Diagnostic tools and technical publications,
• Coordinate service and technical enquiries received from customers.
• To provide effective technical service for domestic and commercial electrical appliances.
• Carry out onsite Installations, commissioning works and repairs.
• To provide fast & effective maintenance and repairs on products under complaint by customers to ensure efficient after sales service for our customers.
• To guide and train existing technician on refrigerant handling procedures.
• Job site survey for accurate electrical equipment installation.
• Applicant must have a Diploma /Trade Certificate in Electrical/Electronic or Refrigeration & Air Condition from a recognized Institution, with at least 3 years work experience in a similar position,
• Applicants must be able to work long hours and on weekends, and possess a valid driving license.
• To ensure that all complaints are attended to in a prompt and professional manner
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate.
•  Applicant must possess License to handle controlled substance (ODS)
