Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management/Business Administration or its equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the related field
• Able to provide excellent administrative support to the Management
• Knowledgeable in human resource management and general administrative services such as assets, procurement processes, etc.
• Knowledgeable in foreign workers management and finance & accounts will be an added advantage
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

• 10-15 years’ experience in a Senior Operational Management position

• Experience in running/supervising large oil palm plantation estates (more than 20,000 hectares) will be an added advantage
• Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
