Post Name: Group Accountant (Miri Based)

Group Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Member of MIA or CPA would have an added advantage
• 10-15 year (s) of working experience in the Accounting, Internal Audit Department of public listed company
• In Depth Accounting Experience In Oil & Gas Industry Or Construction Would Be An Advantage
• Excellent Command In English, Both Oral And Report Writing Skill
• Able To Work Under Minimum Supervision And Tight Deadline

Job Descriptions For Group Accountant:

• Responsible In Reviewing Monthly / Quarterly Financial Statement From Subsidiaries Including Group Consolidation, Audited Accounts And Annual Report For Announcement To Bursa Malaysia
• Oversee And Responsible For Accounting, Taxation And Management Reporting Functions
• Ensure Compliance With Financial Reporting Standards And Statutory Tax Requirements
• Liaise With Internal, External Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretary, Bankers, Government Bodies And Other Authorities For Compliance
• Prepare Summary Of Group Financial Results And Present To Board Of Directors
• Prepare Corporate Budget, Group Financial Forecast And Cash Flow Projection
