Production & Well Intervention Engineer Job Vacancy At DIALOG Energy Sdn Bhd Malaysia

Post Name: Production & Well Intervention Engineer
Responsibilities:

• Establish and promote safety and environmental performance expectations with employees and contractors In accordance with the Company’s safety policies and Safe + Sound initiatives
• Develop completion, re completion and work over plans for new and existing wells
• Develop and provide budget estimates for work related to chemical treatments, interventions, stimulations, well survielance. well integrity, well remediation, and other projects
• Work with reservoir engineers and geologists to optimize field development
• Forecast near-term and long-term production goals and track and communicate the progress
• Perform active survielance on well performance and recognize well integrity and performance anomalies
• Develop and execute a well-specific production and value optimization strategy
• Develop and communicate start-up, unloading and shut-in procedures
• Analyze well production records and well test Information and recommend actions that align with the well optimization strategy
• Manage flow assurance for wells for project and operating phases
• Monitor and ensure that production measurement and allocation is within tolerance
• Conduct well clean-up operations for new wells post completion

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years recent experience in offshore production & operations with sound technical knowledge
• Minimum 4 years recent experience working on production surveillance and production optimization (including overseeing offshore activities) on Sarawak field
• Well-versed and experienced in working with multi-discipline teams in platform production & operations
• Good understanding of the E&P business process
• Must have sound knowledge of production engineering
• Solid understanding of production accounting, as well as drilling and completion terminology
• Excellent communication, presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and display good teamwork
• Good organization and analytical skills
